Working across cross-functional teams, she transforms complex partnership opportunities into scalable commercial solutions that deliver measurable business value while strengthening Egypt’s digital payments ecosystem.

One of the defining milestones in her career was leading the launch of Egypt’s first co-branded credit card between Commercial International Bank (CIB), noon, and Visa, demonstrating how collaboration across industries can accelerate financial innovation. Looking ahead, Nourhane believes the future of fintech across Egypt and Africa will be shaped by collaboration, embedded finance, and financial inclusion. As digital adoption accelerates, she sees enormous opportunities for fintechs, banks, telecom operators, merchants, and governments to work together to create seamless financial experiences that expand access to payments, credit, savings, and other essential financial services. She also believes customer engagement and loyalty will become increasingly important as organizations compete to deliver more personalized and meaningful value.
Her ambition is to continue building partnerships that not only drive sustainable business growth but also simplify everyday financial interactions and expand access to financial services across Africa.

Like many leaders in fintech, Nourhane has navigated the complexity of leading large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders with different priorities. Her experience has reinforced that while technical expertise is important, success is ultimately built on communication, resilience, trust, and the ability to align people around a common purpose.
Throughout her journey, she has drawn inspiration from supportive leaders, mentors, colleagues, and the remarkable women in both her personal and professional life, whose encouragement has reinforced the importance of perseverance, confidence, and continuous learning.
Her advice to women pursuing careers in fintech is simple but powerful: Never underestimate the value of your voice. Stay curious, keep learning, embrace challenges, and don’t wait until you feel completely ready before pursuing new opportunities. Confidence is built through action, not before it.
A quote that continues to guide her journey is:

For Nourhane, the most meaningful innovations happen when organizations move beyond traditional partnerships and build ecosystems around shared goals. She believes that the future of Africa’s digital economy will be shaped not by individual companies working in isolation, but by organizations collaborating to create financial solutions that improve everyday lives.
