Airtel Money Kenya has announced a new partnership with I&M Bank Ltd, enabling customers to pay I&M Bank paybills directly from their Airtel Money wallets. As part of the initiative, customers making payments through this channel will receive a 50% guaranteed airtime cashback, enhancing convenience and rewards for digital transactions.
The agreement was formalized by Airtel Money Kenya MD Anne Kinuthia Otieno, MBS, and I&M Bank Kenya Regional & Interim CEO Kihara Maina. In addition to paybill payments, Airtel Money users can continue to make direct deposits from their wallets into any I&M Bank account using Paybill 542542 via the Airtel App or by dialing *334#.
